The rigor of engineering, applied to AI.
AIncrease combines decades of software engineering experience with the possibilities of modern AI, to create solutions that are reliable, integrated and built to last.
The story
Built by someone who has been developing software for over 25 years
AIncrease grew out of the experience of a software architect who has spent more than 25 years designing, building and modernizing business applications: from complex backends to the integrations that connect processes and systems.
Long before AI entered every conversation, the work was already this: understand how a company works, find where technology can genuinely help, build a solid solution and integrate it with the tools already in place.
Modern AI expands what can be done, but it doesn't change the rules of good engineering. AIncrease was born from this idea: use AI as a powerful tool, not a magic formula. Specify. Build. Test. Measure.
"Most companies don't need more AI tools. They need solutions that work and fit into their everyday work."
— Founder, AIncrease
How we think
Six beliefs we work by
Business first
Technology decisions start from a business problem — never the other way around.
Start small, then grow
One improved workflow is worth more than ten pilot projects. We start with small, focused solutions that work and extend them over time.
Simplicity wins
The best solution is the simplest one that really solves the problem. Complexity is a cost, not a feature.
People stay in control
AI proposes, people decide when their judgment matters. Trust is built into the project, not taken for granted.
Honest answers
If AI isn't the right tool for your problem, we'll be the first to tell you.
Measurable results
Before we start, we define what success means — and after launch, we verify the results.
Clients
Who we work with
Small and medium businesses across Europe — usually 10 to 250 people — led by owners and managers who want results, not experiments.
Talk to the person who'll actually do the work.
No account managers and no handovers: the architect you talk to is the same person who builds your solution.
