Who we are

This website is operated by KRITEK, s.r.o., Čejkovy 23, 342 01 Hrádek, Czech Republic, IČO 29108071 (hereinafter «AIncrease», «we»), the controller of the data collected on aincrease.eu.

What data we collect and why

  • Contact form: first name, last name, email, company, company size, topic and message. We use them solely to answer your request. Legal basis: your explicit consent given when submitting.
  • Browsing data: with your consent we use Google Analytics 4 to understand in aggregate how the site is used (see the cookie policy). Without consent, no analytics cookies are activated.
  • Minimal technical logs: the server may record technical requests (IP address, time, browser type) for security and abuse prevention, under the hosting terms.

We do not use advertising pixels, build marketing audiences, send newsletters, or carry out profiling or automated decision-making.

How long we keep data

Contact form data is kept as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting relationship, and is then deleted. Analytics data, if active, follows the Google Analytics 4 settings.

Who we share data with

We do not sell or pass on your data. We share it only with providers strictly necessary to run the website (hosting, email service) and where required by law. If you consent to analytics, Google Analytics processes limited online identifiers and usage data, including outside the EEA, with the transfer safeguards required by applicable law.

Your rights

At any time you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or objection to the processing of your data, as well as portability and withdrawal of consent, by writing to hello@aincrease.eu. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority (Czech Office for Personal Data Protection, uoou.cz) or with the authority of your country of residence.

Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the data: encrypted connections, restricted access and periodic reviews.
