Website Terms of Use
The rules for using this website and starting a conversation with us.
Effective date: September 17, 2026
1. Who these terms are with
This website is operated by KRITEK, s.r.o. ("we", "us" or "AIncrease"), a Czech company identified in our Legal information. These terms govern your access to aincrease.eu. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. What the website does — and does not do
The website presents our business-to-business AI consulting, automation and software-engineering services. Its content is general information and is not legal, tax, financial, medical, security or regulatory advice. Case studies, examples, outcomes and estimates are illustrative; they are not a promise of a particular result, compliance status or suitability for your organisation.
3. Enquiries, proposals and contracts
Sending us a message or requesting a call does not create a client relationship, an obligation to provide services, confidentiality obligations or a binding offer. Scope, fees, deliverables, timing, acceptance criteria, support, intellectual-property rights, confidentiality, data processing and liability are agreed only in a written proposal, statement of work or other contract signed by authorised representatives of both parties.
Do not submit passwords, production credentials, special-category personal data, regulated data or other sensitive information through the website contact form. If a project may involve personal data, the parties will determine their respective roles and, where required, enter into an appropriate data-processing agreement before processing begins.
4. Permitted use
You may use the site for lawful, personal or internal business purposes. You must not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape it at a disruptive rate, use its content to train or evaluate a competing service, or use the contact form for spam, unlawful content or unsolicited marketing.
5. Intellectual property
Unless a page says otherwise, the site design, text, graphics, software and other content belong to us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and share a link to the content. You may not reproduce, adapt, publish, sell or commercially exploit it without our prior written permission. AIncrease and its logo are used as trade identifiers of KRITEK, s.r.o.
6. AI, security and human judgement
AI systems can generate incorrect, incomplete or biased outputs. Any use of AI-related information or future services must include context-appropriate human review, validation, security controls and compliance assessment. You remain responsible for decisions made using outputs in your organisation and for ensuring that your instructions and data may lawfully be used. We do not represent that a website example or a future solution will meet every law, industry rule or third-party requirement.
7. Availability and third-party links
We may change, suspend or withdraw the site or any content without notice. We aim to keep it secure and available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or virus-free operation. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience only; their content and practices are governed by their own terms and policies.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, the site is provided "as is" and we exclude warranties that are not expressly stated here. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive loss, or for loss of profit, data, business, goodwill or opportunity arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, nor mandatory rights that apply to you as a consumer. Any different liability arrangement for paid services must be set out in the applicable signed contract.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data; our Cookie Policy explains optional analytics and how to change your choice. Those policies form part of the information provided when you use this site, but they do not replace a project-specific data-processing agreement.
10. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without prejudice to mandatory protections that apply in your country of residence or business. Courts with jurisdiction over our registered office have exclusive jurisdiction where that choice is valid. We may update these terms by publishing a new effective date.
